You will be responsible for identifying and engaging highly skilled professionals across finance, healthcare, and legal domains to contribute to AI model development. Beyond traditional recruitment, the role focuses on building long-term talent ecosystems and professional communities that fuel high-quality AI training pipelines. You will design sourcing strategies, shape employer presence in niche expert networks, and help create scalable systems to support rapid growth. The environment is startup-driven, highly autonomous, and requires strong ownership in ambiguous, fast-changing conditions. - Build and nurture high-quality talent communities across finance, healthcare, and legal domains, focusing on professionals with strong analytical and technical expertise.
- Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and alternative channels to identify domain experts in areas such as financial modeling, data analysis, medical informatics, and legal research.
- Develop and strengthen the company’s presence within professional networks, universities, and industry communities to attract and engage top contributors.
- Build scalable recruitment workflows and operational processes using modern ATS and tooling to support rapid hiring growth.
- Coordinate and manage skills assessment processes to evaluate both technical and domain-specific capabilities of candidates.
- Establish partnerships with universities and professional organizations to create sustainable, long-term talent pipelines.
- Continuously improve recruitment operations, ensuring speed, quality, and scalability in contributor acquisition.
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent operations, ideally in startup, freelance, or marketplace environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise, particularly using LinkedIn and other professional discovery platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to engage senior professionals across industries.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes must be built from scratch.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools.
- Strong ability to build relationships and networks within professional communities or academic institutions.
- Exposure to operationally complex or marketplace-style business models is a strong advantage.
