Team Lead in Washington, District of Columbia at SemperServe

A Team Lead will oversee all Escort Staff on site coordinating schedules and job coverage and ensuring all personnel remain in their designated locations.

• Responsible for assuring that schedules are submitted for all persons assigned to their area.
• Ensuring that all positions are filled, and all vacancies are backfilled during leave periods.
• Prepare statistical reports as required.
• Fill in during lunch and leave periods.
• Ensuring timecards are accurate.
• Liaisons with COR or ACOR for all given areas of responsibilities
• Must accompany personnel, remain with them in designated locations, ensuring required duties are performed and escort them outside the security perimeter after completion of business.
• Keep and maintain an active log of all individuals escorted.
• Must be able to articulate directions and communicate clearly.

Must be highly organized, and have excellent writing skills

Must have Secret or Top Secret Clearance, depending on the work location. (which requires U.S. Citizenship)

Must have Valid Driver's License

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
