JOB SUMMARY
The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support for the HR and recruitment team throughout the hiring/new hire processes. This role assists in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment/employee records, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate/new hire experience. This position will also assist with benefit and payroll functions. This role is also responsible for maintaining compliance with our employees' personnel file.
The HR Assistant also provides administrative and clerical support to the HR department while also serving as the first point of contact at the front desk. This dual-role position ensures efficient HR operations and a welcoming, professional front-office environment.
This position requires extraordinary communication, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage tasks in an effective and efficient manner. The Talent Acquisition Assistant should also have a broad knowledge and understanding of HR labor legislation, various HR practices, Blessing Health System policies and procedures and exhibit willingness to collaborate with their resources to assist with providing information to employees.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
- High School diploma required.
PREFERRED:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Human Services, Psychology or related major.

Human Resources Experience preferred.
License/Certifications/Special Requirements:
- Preferred: SHRM Certification
