Job Description

Are you outgoing, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to build real-world experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, events, and leadership?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Assistant Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop valuable professional skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No previous marketing or management experience is required. We provide training and hands-on development to help motivated individuals learn the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, sales, event coordination, and team leadership.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced team members, assist with promotional events and campaigns, interact directly with customers, and gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with executing promotional events and marketing campaigns.

  • Represent clients and their brands professionally at events, community activities, and promotional campaigns.

  • Engage with customers in person, answer questions, and provide helpful information about products and services.

  • Create positive customer experiences while representing client brands.

  • Assist with setting up and organizing promotional materials, displays, and event spaces.

  • Help coordinate event schedules, logistics, staffing, and day-to-day activities.

  • Track daily sales, customer interactions, campaign activity, and team performance.

  • Communicate with team members and management regarding campaign progress and goals.

  • Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting new entry-level team members.

  • Help encourage teamwork, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.

  • Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies through hands-on experience.

  • Take on additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as you develop.

What We're Looking For

We believe attitude, communication, and a willingness to learn can be just as valuable as previous experience.

You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with new people.

  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and teammates.

  • Motivated to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

  • Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

  • Positive and solution-focused.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

  • Interested in developing skills in marketing, sales, events, or leadership.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • College degree or coursework is a plus, but not required.

  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or a related field is helpful but not required.

  • Previous leadership experience is a plus, including school organizations, athletics, volunteer work, community involvement, or other team-based activities.

Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Training & Development

You don't need to have everything figured out on day one.

Our team provides hands-on training designed to help you develop practical skills in:

  • Marketing and promotional campaigns

  • Customer engagement

  • Sales and relationship building

  • Event planning and coordination

  • Communication and presentation

  • Teamwork and leadership

  • Training and mentoring

  • Organization and time management

  • Professional development

As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and contribute to team and campaign operations.

Who Thrives in This Role?

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new things, and being part of a team.

You might be a strong candidate if you're a recent graduate, someone looking to start a career in marketing, a customer-service professional ready for a new challenge, or simply someone who wants an opportunity to develop professional and leadership skills.

We're especially interested in individuals who are:

Energetic. Curious. Coachable. Reliable. People-oriented. Motivated to grow.

Why Join Our Team?

This role gives you the opportunity to gain experience across several areas of business rather than being limited to one function. You'll have the chance to learn through real-world experiences, work alongside a supportive team, interact with customers, participate in events, and develop skills that can transfer across many career paths.

If you're looking for a position where you can learn, contribute, grow, and build your professional experience, we'd love to hear from you.

How to Apply

If you're excited about the opportunity and believe you'd be a good fit, submit your application today.

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds and encourage entry-level applicants to apply. You don't need a long résumé or years of experience — we're looking for people with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
