The position combines strategic relationship building with hands-on field sales execution, requiring a strong ability to identify opportunities, develop accounts, and close deals in a competitive market. You will operate within an established territory while continuously expanding your customer base and strengthening long-term partnerships. - Promote and sell medical device products and services within an assigned territory to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Develop, build, and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting leads, assessing customer needs, and expanding existing accounts.
- Deliver product education and training to healthcare providers to support effective product adoption and usage.
- Conduct market research to monitor customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Implement sales strategies and adapt account plans to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to internal teams including marketing, operations, and R&D.
- Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract structuring in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent qualification with relevant sales or healthcare experience.
- 2+ years of experience (or more depending on education level) in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sales.
- Strong track record in field sales, account management, or territory management roles.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with confidence engaging clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
