Responsibilities
Lead Qualification and Opportunity Management
- Drive pipeline generation through proactive outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification and targeted commercial campaigns.
- Own the qualification, development and progression of sales opportunities from initial lead through conversion or handover to Field Sales.
- Manage the complete opportunity lifecycle, ensuring proactive follow-up, accurate forecasting and maximum quote-to-order conversion.
Partner Management & Commercial Support
- Own and develop an assigned portfolio of Channel Partners and end-customers, driving sustainable revenue growth, partner maturity, engagement and retention through structured relationship management.
- Execute partner growth plans through cross-selling, up-selling and portfolio expansion.
- Enable channel partners remotely through commercial training, digital tools and solution-focused product positioning.
- Support Core and Strategic Accounts in collaboration with Field Sales to accelerate commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, competitor displacement potential and share-of-wallet expansion across assigned accounts.
- Monitor partner performance and recommend commercial actions based on revenue trends, KPIs and market insights.
- Support commercial pricing strategies through Special Price Requests (SPR) and pricing recommendations aligned with market opportunities.
- Own the quotation lifecycle from preparation through proactive follow-up to maximize conversion and customer responsiveness.
- Maintain CRM data quality, pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy to support commercial decision-making.
Commercial Programs & Revenue Generation
- Drive adoption of strategic products, commercial programs and solution-based selling to accelerate revenue growth.
- Support the execution of strategic commercial programs including rebates, campaigns, product launches and partner enablement initiatives.
- Capture Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and translate feedback into proposed commercial improvement initiatives to increase partner engagement, digital adoption and incremental revenue.
- Champion commercial excellence by identifying process improvements and standardizing best practices.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Business Development or Account Management within a B2B environment.
• Experience working with Channel Partners, Distributors and End Users.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities, manage pipelines and drive commercial growth.
• Strong customer and partner relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical product solutions.
• Strong independent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Good understanding of local market dynamics, business culture and customer expectations within the supported region.
