Job Description
Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the Manager of Information Technology and/or their designee, provides technical support and troubleshooting for municipal computer users, including hardware, software, network, and printer issues. Assists users with problem-solving, provides end-user training, maintains hardware and software inventory records, and escalates complex technical issues as needed. Performs onsite support at various municipal locations, assists with network infrastructure, website and database maintenance, and completes related administrative tasks as required.
