Cloverkey is adding another Replenishment Analyst to our growing team! With 25+ new store openings planned for 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, fast-paced environment and collaborate with Buyers, Visual Merchandisers, and Store Operations.
The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels across Cloverkey’s expanding network of Hospital Gift Shops across 15 states. This role will support inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
The Replenishment Analyst will utilize traditional forecasting methods along with machine-based predictive analytics to anticipate future demand. A strong understanding of inventory analytics, demand forecasting, and vendor performance will be essential. This position will also support and enforce Vendor Compliance standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process replenishment orders for Cloverkey’s 75-store network, including merchandise supplied through Kelli’s Distribution Center and products purchased from local vendors.
- Manage daily replenishment activities in a fast-paced environment with specific weekday order deadlines; must be comfortable prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines.
- Plan and manage store inventory levels based on rate of sale, demand trends, and min/max inventory parameters to support consistent product availability.
- Create Purchase Orders utilizing inventory planning software and replenishment recommendations.
- Partner with Gift Shop Store Managers to request cycle counts on select departments, maintain inventory accuracy, and process inventory adjustments as needed.
- Identify, research, and communicate out-of-stock issues with Purchasing while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset to prevent future shortages.
- Analyze demand drivers, including seasonality, promotions, and business events, to optimize inventory planning.
- Support Vendor Compliance initiatives to improve order accuracy, fulfillment, and overall supply chain performance.
- Other duties as assigned by Store Manager, Assistant Manager, District Manager or Corporate as needed (the above is not an all-inclusive list)
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in replenishment, inventory management, fulfillment, or retail operations.
- Experience that includes managing inventory budgets, sales plans, margins, and inventory investments.
- Retail or consumer goods industry experience preferred.

- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Solid mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
