Senior Director, LytxOne Product Management

Why Lytx:

Lytx is growing its Product Management team to help expand & improve our video telematics products and platform! The Senior Director, Product Management (LytxOne) will drive product strategy and execution for the hardware and device application software that enables the Lytx Video Telematics product suite. The person in this role will drive engagement with customers, internal partners and engineering teams to identify market opportunities to secure and align product portfolio investments.

You’ll Get To:

  • Establish the product roadmap, communicating business vision internally and presenting strategic direction.

  • Managing a team of product managers to deliver products and strategies to support new products and features.

  • Working with cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to capture requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases

  • Discovering and validating market opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape and make data driven decisions.

  • Understanding how customers and users leverage platforms to streamline their business processes

  • Providing leadership for strategic, technical, marketing, and lifecycle management aspects of the enterprise SAAS and Hardware solution

  • Determining buy/build/partner decisions

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus

  • 15+ years of Product Management experience in business to business with a focus HW/Firmware commercial products.

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead an impactful team of product managers to deliver enterprise products and strategies

  • Strong customer orientation and proven experience building products that meet customer needs and goals.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies

  • Effective at using data driven decision making to influencing others in a collaborative team.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$215,500.00 - $272,500.00
