- Day Shift 4 X 10 hours (Monday – Thursday from 5:00am – 3:30pm)

Responsibilities include:
- Build, assemble, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain precision tooling and dies.
- Manufacture and fit tooling components to specified tolerances and design requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, and assembly documentation.
- Perform bench work including fitting, spotting, polishing, stoning, and precision assembly.
- Operate manual and CNC machine tools including mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
- Perform surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, and jig grinding operations as required.
- Diagnose tooling failures and implement corrective repairs.
- Modify tooling to improve performance, reliability, and component quality.
- Collaborate with Tool Designers and Manufacturing Engineers on tooling improvements.
- Verify dimensional accuracy using precision measurement devices.
- Maintain tooling maintenance records and repair documentation.
- Assist in the fabrication of fixtures, gauges, prototypes, and automation components.
- Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
- 1-3 years’ experience with certification as Tool & Die Maker or Mold Maker
- Experience building and repairing precision tooling and dies
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment involving stamping, fineblanking, aerospace, or precision components preferred
- Experience with grinding, fitting, machining, and assembly operations
