Senior HR Business Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to become a strategic people partner within a rapidly growing technology organization. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives and support a high-performing, inclusive culture. This position combines strategic HR planning with hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and experience supporting fast-paced technology environments. You will influence organizational growth, talent development, engagement, and operational excellence while collaborating with global teams. This is a high-impact opportunity for an HR leader who enjoys building scalable programs and driving meaningful employee experiences.

Accountabilities
  • Partner with Go-To-Market leaders across the Americas region to provide strategic HR guidance and align people initiatives with business priorities.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees by providing coaching and support on organizational and people-related matters.
  • Lead and support talent planning, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics, trends, and workforce insights to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support culture-building initiatives and programs that strengthen employee engagement, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Partner on headcount planning, compensation considerations, and people-related operational decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and scaling of HR programs and processes within a growing global organization.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments, with experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing organizations.
  • Strong ability to connect people strategies with business objectives and organizational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience coaching managers, supporting organizational change, and improving employee performance and engagement.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable using HR technology platforms and productivity tools such as HRIS systems and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to exercise sound judgment when navigating complex employee and business situations.
  • Experience working with global HR teams, scaling technology companies, AI tools, or cybersecurity organizations is a plus.
