What You'll Do

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and case deadlines
• Prepare, file, and organize legal documents
• Conduct research to support legal matters
• Update case management software, spreadsheets, and client records
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone and email
• Maintain confidential information with accuracy and discretion

What We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
• Professional, client-focused attitude
• Must pass a background check

Schedule:

• Part Time, 25 hours per week
