Job Description
At Family First Firm, we’re more than a law firm—we’re a team driven by purpose, united by values, and committed to excellence in everything we do. Our culture is built on collaboration, respect, and a shared dedication to serving families with compassion and integrity. We believe that working together—supporting one another, sharing knowledge, and holding ourselves to the highest standards—leads to the best outcomes for our clients and the most fulfilling experiences for our team.
We’re currently seeking an Estate Planning Attorney who is eager to be part of a collaborative environment where every voice is valued, professional growth is encouraged, and delivering exceptional service is the standard. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside passionate professionals who genuinely care about the people and families we serve.
What You'll Do:
Meet with clients to understand their estate planning goals and offer compassionate, personalized legal guidance
Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Oversee the progress of each case to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives
Maintain open, empathetic communication with clients throughout the entire legal process
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to provide exceptional service and support
Stay up to date on laws and regulations to ensure full compliance and reduce client risk
Educate clients on their options to empower informed, confident decision-making
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You’re an experienced attorney with a heart for service and a mind for strategy
You thrive in a team environment and believe in supporting your peers as much as your clients
You communicate with warmth and clarity, even when explaining complex legal concepts
You’re organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others plan for the future with confidence
Why You'll Love Working Here:
A culture that truly puts people first—our clients and our team
Opportunities for mentorship and professional development
A collaborative team that values your ideas, your input, and your well-being
A mission-driven workplace where your work matters—every single day
The Other Benefits
120 PTO Hours Annually
11+ Paid Holidays
Work From Home Fridays
Medical/Dental/Vision/Supplemental Insurance Options
401K with matching after a year of service
Parental Leave
Free College for Employees, Spouses and Children
Discounted Gym Membership
Free Estate Planning after a year of service
If you're ready to join a team that leads with heart and delivers with excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
