The Head of Product is responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution across Brightfield Systems product portfolio. This role partners closely with executive leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure products align with customer needs and business objectives while driving growth and innovation.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Align product initiatives with business goals and customer needs
• Prioritize product investments based on impact, value, and feasibility

• Partner closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality products on schedule
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements
• Ensure disciplined execution of the product development lifecycle

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Serve as the primary product voice in executive and stakeholder discussions
• Facilitate clear communication around product priorities and tradeoffs

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, data, and market research
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
• Use insights to inform roadmap and product decisions

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy
• Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Background working closely with engineering teams
• Experience scaling products in growing organizations

• Salary Range: $155,000 $200,000 (base salary)
