Approximately 80% of your time will be spent networking, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities throughout the Greater Concord area. If you're happiest attending Business After Hours, ribbon cuttings, community events, nonprofit fundraisers, and industry gatherings, you'll fit right in.
You'll represent one of the most exciting hospitality portfolios in New Hampshire.
What You'll Do
- Spend approximately 80% of your time networking and building relationships throughout the Greater Concord community.
- Attend Chamber events, networking breakfasts, Business After Hours, trade shows, community events, and nonprofit functions.
- Prospect and develop new corporate, association, government, nonprofit, sports, and social business.
- Build lasting relationships with local businesses, event planners, community leaders, and organizations.
- Conduct engaging site tours showcasing our properties
- Create customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using Delphi and Toast.
- Collaborate with Catering, Operations, Revenue Management, and Hotel Leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Stay connected to what's happening in Concord and identify opportunities before anyone else does.
- Become a trusted hospitality resource throughout the community.

Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of hospitality, hotel, conference center, destination, or outside sales experience preferred.
- Experience selling meetings, conferences, group travel, weddings, or special events is a plus.
- Experience with Delphi or similar CRM systems preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What Success Looks Like: Within your first year, you'll:
- Build a strong network throughout the Greater Concord community.
- Become one of the most recognized hospitality professionals in the region.
- Grow group room nights and conference bookings.
- Increase private events at Arts Alley and the Grappone Conference Center.
- Create long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.
- Consistently exceed your sales goals while helping create memorable experiences for our guests.
