Duties & ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of all BOH stations
Lead and motivate BOH team members during shifts to maintain a welcoming, efficient, and organized service environment.
Report directly to the Assistant General Manager or General Manager and maintain clear, hospitable communication at all times.
Identify bulk carryout and catering orders; communicate with FOH to ensure timing, accuracy, and readiness.
Support new team member training using supplied materials; communicate key points effectively and verify understanding through follow-up.
Observe, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members regarding service standards, performance, and professionalism.
Motivate FOH and BOH staff to work as one team to achieve consistent food and service quality.
Ensure completion of all opening, mid-shift, and closing duties in a timely, thorough manner and sign off on task completion.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service; respond to complaints promptly and professionally to turn dissatisfied guests into loyal fans.
Support management in developing strategies for increasing sales, improving guest retention, and elevating hospitality standards.
Assist with BOH inventory and ordering; communicate needs to AGM, or GM.
Maintain and delegate daily cleaning and deep-cleaning duties to uphold Royals’ cleanliness and safety standards.
Ensure safe service of alcohol and food in compliance with state and local laws.
Maintain a professional image—proper uniform, grooming, and positive demeanor at all times.
Represent Royals at offsite events and catering functions when needed.
Embody and enforce company culture, emphasizing quality, cleanliness, and respectful, hospitable communication at all times.
Proven experience and proficiency in all BOH stations (2+ years)
Prior experience leading or mentoring team members preferred.
Strong understanding of customer service, hospitality, and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to stay calm and positive under pressure.
Health Department certification (or ability to obtain) required.
Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts (up to 8 hours).
Lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Work in a high-energy, occasionally noisy environment.
Morning, day, and evening shifts available.
Full-time or flexible part-time scheduling options.
$15 per hour (with tips potential $23-$25)
