SCHEDULE:

• 24 hours
• Monday & Wednesday's 12pm-6pm
• Tuesdays & Thursdays 11am-5pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is required
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset, multitask
