Position Highlights:

• Work location: Texas Health Cleburne 201 Walls Dr. Cleburne TX 76033

• Work environment: Surgery Department

• Work hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift. Monday - Friday 6:30a - 3p

• Call is required 4-5 weekdays per month and 1 weekend Saturday and Sunday for our 5 member CST team taking equal call. PTO is covered within the team so some months may require more call than others. Response time is 45 minutes. Our s ervice lines are Robotic, Orthopedic, General, podiatry, GYN, GI.

Education
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent and was employed to practice surgical technology in a health care facility before September 1, 2009 Req Or
Other Graduate of an accredited surgery technology program, Vocational Nurse Program or graduate/completion of a military training program in surgical technology Upon hire Req
Other Graduate of an accredited surgery technology program, Vocational Nurse Program or graduate/completion of a military training program in surgical technology Upon hire Pref

Experience
1 Year current operating room experience Pref

Licenses and Certifications
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and graduate of an accredited surgical tech program Upon Hire Req Or
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and was employed to practice surgical technology in a health care facility before September 1, 2009 Upon Hire Req Or
CST - Certified Surgical Technologist CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) and graduate/completion of a military training program in surgical technology 2 Years Req Or
LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Req And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req
