This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor(a) Oracle OTC/TAX based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to support clients across critical Order to Cash and tax processes within Oracle environments. You will combine functional expertise, business understanding, and analytical problem-solving to support projects and ongoing operations. The position covers incident resolution, functional configuration, requirements gathering, testing, and the implementation of process improvements. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, key stakeholders, and other areas involved in each project. Exposure to Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud provides an opportunity to work across modern and established enterprise environments. You will also contribute to more efficient billing and tax processes across different business scenarios.
- Support projects and ongoing operations involving Order to Cash (OTC) and TAX processes within Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Provide functional support for modules and business processes related to billing, accounts receivable, taxation, and the broader OTC cycle.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents, problems, and enhancement requests, identifying appropriate solutions and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Perform functional configurations and parameterizations, as well as testing and validation activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements together with business teams, translating operational needs into clear functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during the development and implementation of solutions.
- Participate in integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and the deployment of improvements across client environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clients’ billing and tax processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reliability, and process quality.
- Collaborate with key users, technical teams, business stakeholders, and other project areas throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Proven functional experience with Order to Cash (OTC) and/or TAX processes, with a solid understanding of related business flows.
- Knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, taxation, and processes connected to the OTC cycle.
- Experience working with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud, preferably with exposure to both environments.
- Previous experience in implementation projects, process improvements, and/or application support environments.
- Experience analyzing incidents, gathering business requirements, and performing functional configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business scenarios and identify practical solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and business teams.
- Proactive and autonomous approach, with strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining deadlines and delivery quality.
- English and Spanish proficiency are considered differentiators.
- Experience with integrations between tax, financial, and billing processes, Oracle-related certifications, and experience supporting different clients and business environments are considered additional advantages.
- Primarily remote work, with the possibility of occasional on-site activities depending on specific projects.
