This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Media Coordinator based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic media and marketing environment supporting the planning, activation, and optimization of integrated digital and offline campaigns.
You will coordinate multiple campaign workstreams, ensuring timelines, budgets, media plans, and deliverables remain on track.
The role combines hands-on media operations with performance monitoring, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
You will work across major advertising platforms and media buying ecosystems, collaborating closely with analysts, supervisors, clients, and other stakeholders.
You will also help guide junior team members through feedback, coaching, and day-to-day support.
The position offers the chance to develop your expertise across digital and traditional media while contributing directly to campaign quality and client outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities with agility.
- Manage delivery statuses and priorities across campaign workstreams, coordinating with leadership to keep activities aligned and deadlines on track.
- Participate in tactical digital and offline media planning, including benchmark calibration, proposal requests, media plan development, and campaign structuring.
- Coordinate implementation workflows, including purchase orders, approvals, taxonomies, digital activations, and platform setup.
- Manage OTV and PTV media buying processes, including purchase orders, cost monitoring, reservations across platforms, and material distribution.
- Monitor campaign pacing, KPIs, and performance, supporting analysts in interpreting results and developing evidence decks.
- Prepare partial campaign one-pagers with analyst support and provide real-time visibility into campaign performance for clients and stakeholders.
- Consolidate final reports, support billing processes, and maintain accurate updates within media management and financial systems.
- Contribute to post-buy analysis and performance reviews, sharing insights and learnings with the wider team.
- Support client-driven requests and contribute to the development of team members through regular check-ins, feedback, and guidance.
- Identify opportunities to improve media strategies, workflows, processes, and campaign performance.
- Experience working in media, advertising, or a related digital marketing environment, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of media performance metrics, KPI monitoring, pacing, optimization, and campaign reporting.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, DV360, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Kwai.
- Experience with OTV media buying platforms and ecosystems, including Globoads, Band E-Midia, Record E-Midia, or SBT-related solutions.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Presentations, as well as familiarity with media finance and management systems such as ADMEDIA.
- Knowledge of market research and measurement tools such as Kantar TGI and Instar Analytics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage several priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Ability to assess urgency and business impact, establish priorities, and provide clear direction to colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or media-related information into clear, practical guidance.
- Collaborative leadership skills, including active listening, constructive feedback, and supporting the technical and professional development of analysts.
