Advantixx is a rapidly growing multi-industry organization providing operational, strategic, and management support across a diverse family of affiliated companies with operations in healthcare, medical services, home health, home care, pharmacy, insurance, revenue cycle management, real estate, technology, and business services.
We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and growth-oriented executive leader to oversee business expansion, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and organizational development across Advantixx and its affiliated companies.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-company environment and has a proven track record of scaling businesses, developing new markets, building strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, identifying acquisition opportunities, and driving sustainable organizational growth.
The successful candidate will work directly with executive leadership to identify and execute opportunities that strengthen Advantixx's existing businesses while supporting the continued expansion and development of its family of companies.
The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will work directly with Advantixx executive leadership to identify, develop, and execute strategic growth opportunities across Advantixx and its family of affiliated companies.
As a senior executive, the CGO will be responsible for developing scalable growth strategies that strengthen existing operations, create new revenue opportunities, expand market presence, and identify opportunities for partnerships, acquisitions, and new business development.

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide growth strategies across Advantixx and its affiliated companies.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across multiple business divisions.
- Evaluate opportunities for geographic expansion, new locations, services, and business lines.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Lead business development initiatives and market penetration strategies.
- Identify emerging opportunities that align with the organization's long-term objectives.
- Establish measurable growth targets and monitor performance against strategic objectives.
- Develop referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), physicians, medical practices, healthcare organizations, and community partners.
- Create strategies to increase patient acquisition, referrals, retention, and utilization of services.
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new healthcare markets, specialties, and service lines.
- Collaborate with healthcare leadership to develop sustainable referral pipelines.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration among Advantixx-affiliated healthcare companies.
- Support payer, provider, and healthcare network relationship development.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships, affiliations, and joint ventures.
- Develop relationships with healthcare executives, investors, vendors, community organizations, and business leaders.
- Represent Advantixx at executive meetings, industry events, conferences, and strategic networking opportunities.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on financial, operational, and strategic value.
- Develop long-term relationships that create measurable business opportunities across the organization.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities.
- Participate in preliminary acquisition evaluation and business due diligence.
- Evaluate new companies, markets, locations, and service opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive, financial, operational, and legal leadership throughout acquisition initiatives.
- Assist with post-acquisition growth and integration strategies.
- Develop business cases and financial projections for proposed growth initiatives.
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved profitability.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to growth, referrals, revenue, market expansion, and business development.
- Collaborate with company leadership to improve scalability and operational performance.
- Identify barriers to organizational growth and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure growth initiatives are commercially viable, measurable, and aligned with Advantixx's strategic objectives.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, executive leadership, healthcare growth, strategic partnerships, corporate development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of growing businesses and generating measurable revenue.
- Strong executive leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience developing and executing business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives across different companies or business divisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable results.
- Ability to work directly with executive leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
- Significant healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with multi-company, multi-location, or diversified organizations.
- Established healthcare, business, referral, or professional network.
- Experience developing hospital, physician, SNF, ALF, payer, or healthcare partnerships.
- Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, mergers, or post-acquisition integration.
- Experience successfully launching new locations, markets, service lines, or companies.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and referral environments.
- Experience scaling businesses from early-growth stages into larger operations.
The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 130,000 USD per year(Main Office)
