The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum is dedicated to preserving Henry Flagler’s legacy and celebrating America’s Gilded Age—a time that helped shape our nation’s prosperity and generosity. We are seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Do

Sell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum membershipsAccurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shiftGreet and assist visitors with tour options and materialsSupport museum programs and events

What We’re Looking For

Professional, engaging communication skillsExperience with point-of-sale systems and cash handlingTech-savvy and comfortable with computersBilingual skills are a plus (not required)

Requirements

High school diploma or GEDMinimum one year of customer service and cash handling experienceFlexible schedule with weekend and holiday availabilityAbility to stand for long periods and lift 5–15 lbsCommitment to a minimum 3-day rotation
