Job Description
Position Summary
The Business Systems Administrator supports the administration, optimization, and ongoing development of Destination Wealth Management's core business technology platforms. Reporting to the SVP of Systems & Cybersecurity Administration, this individual will serve as a key internal technology resource responsible for maintaining reliable systems, supporting users, improving business processes, and implementing workflow automation.
The position will have significant responsibility for Salesforce administration and will also support platforms including Orion, DocuSign, Box, Jump AI, Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Calendly, and other firm technology. The ideal candidate has approximately three to six years of experience with Salesforce and business application administration. Experience within wealth management or financial services is preferred.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Business Systems Administration
- Serve as a primary administrator for the firm's Salesforce environment, including fields, objects, permissions, reports, dashboards, and Salesforce Flows.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and support users across the organization.
- Support the administration of Orion, DocuSign, Box, Jump AI, Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Calendly, and other business applications.
- Manage application access, permissions, configurations, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with software vendors and the firm's third-party IT provider to resolve technical issues.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve manual or inefficient business processes through technology.
- Design, build, test, and maintain Salesforce Flows and other workflow automations.
- Assist with integrations and data movement between business applications.
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and technology projects.
- Work with departments across the firm to understand business requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
User Support, Security & Documentation
- Provide internal support and training for firm-managed business applications.
- Assist with employee technology onboarding and offboarding, access reviews, and application security controls.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and technology risk assessments as needed.
- Maintain documentation for systems, integrations, workflows, and recurring administrative procedures.
- Support technology vendor management, due diligence, and business continuity planning for critical applications.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce administration, business systems administration, or a related technology role.
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Salesforce Flow.
- Experience administering SaaS applications in a business environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience within a registered investment adviser, wealth management firm, or financial services organization.
- Experience with Orion, DocuSign, Box, Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, or similar financial technology platforms.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts including MFA, SSO, least privilege, and access management.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: $150,000-$175,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
