Field Support Representative – Ft. Bragg, NC in Fort Liberty, North Carolina at DCI Solutions

Job Description

• Serve as an FSR Analyst
• Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
• Solve unique and challenging problems
• Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
• Staff the Help Desk
  • Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
• Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
• Attend and provide assistance during daily briefings with senior leaders
• Identify valuable workflows for analysts and gain an understanding of their specific needs
  • Then applying this in a transformative way to the product
• Aid analysts in the development and enhancement of geo-spatial tools
  • Facilitate insights, informed decision-making, and responses to various operational questions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• Prior experience with one of the following platforms required:
  • Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven or Foundry
• Technical background with working knowledge of the following highly preferred:
  • HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java
  • Hardware, networks, and server administration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Demonstrated experience working within the Department of Defense
  • To include joint capacities and interactions with high-ranking military officials

Required: Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
