Pediatric LPN in Rye, New York at Affirmed Home Care

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Westchester County.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and want to make a meaningful difference while enjoying flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Immediate openings are available for pediatric home care cases with:

• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• Weekend Shifts

Per diem positions available.

• $40.00 per hour
• Sign-on bonus

• Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• Streamlined onboarding process
• Ongoing clinical education and support
• One-on-one patient care
• Supportive clinical and administrative team

• Active New York State LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• One year of recent pediatric nursing experience preferred in home care, hospital, or acute care (preferred)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year) or chest X-ray (within five years)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver individualized nursing care to children in a home setting. You'll work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care while helping children remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
