  • Provide guidance and transactional support related to employee relations, compensation, learning and development, reporting, and HR policies.
  • Administer statutory compliance processes, payroll-related inputs, employee benefits coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Utilize HR case management systems to ensure timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries while maintaining service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve HR processes, enhance service delivery, and optimize operational efficiency.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices across People Services operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Advisor, or within a Center of Excellence (CoE) environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, total rewards, learning and development, and compliance processes.
  • Experience managing high-volume HR requests and transactional HR support in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Workday is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach to HR service delivery.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work within a globally recognized and innovation-driven organization.
  • Exposure to diverse HR functions and international business operations.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on business and role requirements (onsite, hybrid, or remote options).
  • Career development opportunities through large-scale HR projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supportive workplace culture emphasizing teamwork, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
  • Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives within People Services.
  • Inclusive and equal opportunity workplace committed to diversity and professional development.
