  • Manage internal legal communications to ensure transparency around priorities, progress, and departmental initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Chief of Staff, operational leadership, or related roles within legal or professional services environments.
  • Proven experience working closely with General Counsel, executive leadership teams, or senior legal stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in legal operations, including budgeting, vendor management, outside counsel oversight, and service delivery models.
  • Experience implementing operational improvements, workflow optimization initiatives, and legal technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as eBilling systems, workflow tools, reporting platforms, or automation technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level communications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills within complex, transaction-driven, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management considerations within corporate legal functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic mindset combined with operational execution capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely within the East Coast region of the United States, with preference for candidates based in the NY Metro area.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level compensation package.
  • Flexible remote work environment for East Coast-based candidates.
  • Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and influence strategic legal operations.
