This role is a key driver of end-to-end technical hiring across a fast-paced, global talent environment, focused on building strong engineering and product teams in the US and Canada markets. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping recruitment strategies while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent requisitions. The position blends hands-on sourcing with stakeholder advisory, requiring strong market awareness and a data-driven mindset. You will play a central role in identifying top-tier IT talent, engaging passive candidates, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. Operating in a global, distributed setup, you will contribute to improving hiring processes and talent pipelines for high-growth, technology-driven teams. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in ownership, speed, and relationship-driven recruitment.
In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment while building strong talent pipelines and acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. You will ensure efficient hiring delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and a strong candidate experience across all stages.
- Lead end-to-end US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure across technical and corporate roles.
- Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Apply advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, social hiring, AI tools, and passive talent mapping).
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and future-ready technology skill sets across US/Canada markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and interview processes.
- Provide market intelligence on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador across touchpoints.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and support process improvements and recruitment reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant hiring policies and labor regulations.
This position requires extensive experience in US IT recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global hiring environment.
- 8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment with proven success hiring engineering and technical talent.
- Strong expertise in modern sourcing techniques including LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, AI-enabled tools, and social recruiting.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in high-volume or fast-growth environments.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Darwinbox is a plus) and recruitment dashboards.
- Strong understanding of technical roles within engineering, product, and new-age technology domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and market insights.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a remote, matrixed, and global environment.
- High adaptability, ownership, and ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
