This isn’t a traditional finance job.

Yes - you’ll run OPS’s books. But you’ll also step into client businesses as a senior finance operator.

Think:

• Fractional Finance Director / CFO work
• Designing financial architecture inside ERP systems
• Delivering board-level reporting that actually drives decisions

We work with companies that need real financial leadership—but don’t want (or can’t justify) a full-time hire. That’s where you come in.

You’ll split your time between:

• Owning OPS finance (reporting, forecasting, structure)
• Client work (advisory, ERP finance design, board support)

You won’t be buried in layers or process. You’ll work directly with the Founder. No bureaucracy. No long ramp-up. You’re expected to have a point of view from day one.

• Run and improve OPS’s financial operations
• Step into client environments as a senior finance lead
• Build financial structures inside ERP systems
• Deliver clear, sharp board-level reporting
• Advise on cash flow, margins, and growth decisions
• Translate messy business reality into clean financial clarity

• CPA or CMA qualified
• 8+ years across industry + advisory
• Comfortable in a boardroom without needing backup
• Commercial, hands-on, and direct
• Strong ERP exposure (ideally Odoo, but not essential)
• Able to juggle multiple clients without dropping standards
• Self-sufficient - you don’t wait to be told what to do

• Not a back-office reporting role
• Not a “wait for instructions” environment
• Not somewhere you hide behind spreadsheets

• Real ownership from day one
• Direct access to the Founder
• A mix of internal and client-facing work (rare at this level)
• Exposure to multiple businesses, industries, and growth stages
• A fully remote setup with global reach
