Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist based in Canada.

As a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a strategic role in improving seller productivity, readiness, and execution across a technology-focused sales organization. You will translate sales strategies and methodologies into practical programs, resources, learning experiences, and tools that help teams perform consistently. The role combines enablement strategy, content management, training, technology adoption, and performance analytics. You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Alliances, Product, and subject matter experts across a collaborative environment. Your work will directly support stronger tool adoption, more effective selling practices, and predictable revenue growth. This is a fully remote opportunity offering broad visibility and meaningful ownership of sales enablement initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage role-based sales enablement and readiness programs for Account Executives, Client Delivery Partners, and other sales roles.
  • Create asynchronous learning content, self-paced learning paths, onboarding materials, and ongoing development programs.
  • Translate sales methodologies, processes, and standards into practical field tools, templates, playbooks, guides, and job aids.
  • Deliver reinforcement initiatives through micro-learning, practice exercises, manager coaching resources, and targeted communications.
  • Own the full enablement content lifecycle, from creation and publication through maintenance, optimization, and retirement.
  • Curate and maintain sales resources including pitch decks, proposal materials, competitive positioning assets, and other field-facing content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enablement materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop tool adoption programs and playbooks for CRM platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and seller productivity technologies.
  • Lead training and communication plans for new sales technology releases, enhancements, and process changes.
  • Establish role-specific guidance that enables sellers and managers to effectively use CRM, AI, and other sales productivity platforms.
  • Define and monitor enablement KPIs covering adoption, proficiency, engagement, and business impact.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to track enablement performance through CRM and reporting platforms.
  • Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, and field insights to continuously improve enablement programs and demonstrate business value.
  • Manage multiple enablement initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and alignment with broader sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related function.
  • Required experience working within a service-oriented consulting organization; experience with a Microsoft Partner is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering sales training, onboarding, readiness, and enablement programs.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to build productive relationships with sales leaders, operations teams, marketing, product groups, alliances, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, sales technologies, and learning management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and feedback into actionable improvements.
  • Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and qualification frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled productivity and sales tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting, sales analytics, and enablement performance measurement is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of CAD $80,000–$120,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, education, responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus plan, subject to applicable requirements and plan terms.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Life insurance and disability programs.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching.
  • Paid time off.
  • Flexible work arrangements, including fully remote work from Canada.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-impact sales enablement role supporting technology and consulting-driven business transformation.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, product, alliances, and leadership teams.
  • Opportunities to influence sales productivity, technology adoption, learning, and revenue performance.
  • Inclusive, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
