  • Support acquisitions, divestitures, and the onboarding of new legal entities into payroll operations.
  • Train payroll team members on policies, procedures, system enhancements, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Support payroll transformation, organizational change, and continuous improvement initiatives while communicating operational updates clearly to stakeholders.
  • Analyze payroll metrics, labor costs, overtime, payroll exceptions, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improved accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline; CPP certification is preferred.
  • 7–10 years of progressive payroll experience, including strong multi-state payroll experience and preferably global payroll operations.
  • 3–5 years of experience leading payroll teams or functions, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees.
  • Experience supporting payroll implementations, system consolidations, HRIS integrations, process automation, and Shared Services environments.
  • Working knowledge of payroll and HR technology platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce, SAP, payroll tax systems, HRIS platforms, and timekeeping solutions.
