THE POSITION:
Bee Green is a family-owned and operated company that provides recycling services, retail storefront, debris hauling, and delivery service of materials to the East Bay Area and surrounding cities. Our mechanics are responsible for the general maintenance of company vehicles and equipment, as well as timely diagnosis and repairs of damaged equipment. If you join our team, you will be working in our in-house mechanic shop and under the direction of our Lead Mechanic to maintain all phases of equipment maintenance and repair.

Job Functions:
  • Perform all essential job functions in accordance with the Company’s stated mission and Core Values.
  • Perform standard & preventative vehicle maintenance.
  • Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned by the Lead Mechanic.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Lead Mechanic.
Equipment You Will Be Working On:
  • Ford Delivery Trucks (Ford F550’s and F650’s)
  • International HX615 Flatbed and Kenworth Hook lift Trucks
  • Forklifts – LPG & Electric
  • Boom Lifts
  • Wheel Loaders - Medium & Small Sized
  • Skid Steers
  • Excavators
  • Grinders – High Speed & Slow Speed.
Position Requirements
  • At least five years of relevant mechanical experience working with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment.
  • Must have welding experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
