Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are provided.

• Research hotels, resorts, and accommodations based on client needs and preferences
• Compare room categories, property amenities, locations, and available options
• Assist clients with hotel and resort reservation requests
• Coordinate booking details and organize reservation confirmations
• Research destination information and nearby activities when requested
• Help clients understand important reservation details and travel deadlines
• Communicate booking updates and changes in a professional manner
• Assist with modifications to existing reservations when needed
• Maintain accurate client and booking information
