  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and existing Campus Managers to identify opportunities to improve the overall entrepreneurial journey.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team and other internal stakeholders to support recruiting, onboarding, training, and long-term development initiatives.

  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, experimentation, continuous improvement, and high performance by challenging assumptions and exploring practical new approaches.
Requirements
  • Bring at least 1.5 years of professional work experience, with experience in sales, training, HR, customer support, coaching, or a related field considered valuable.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide clear, motivating guidance to trainees.
  • Be highly organized and capable of managing day-to-day training activities, multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups independently.
  • Have a genuine interest in entrepreneurship, learning, and helping others develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to brainstorm ideas, challenge existing processes, and experiment logically with new approaches.
  • Be comfortable working in a high-performance environment where quality, accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement are strongly valued.
  • Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality work.
  • Be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote environment with ambitious goals.
  • Bring a collaborative mindset, a good sense of humor, and the ability to contribute positively to an inclusive team culture.
  • Be comfortable working independently while remaining highly engaged and responsive to teammates and trainees.
  • Be available to work the required US-aligned schedule and comfortable with the listed shift timings.
  • Be currently based in India.
Benefits
