Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in underground pipe laying or a related construction field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with excavation and pipe-laying equipment operation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in construction safety or pipe laying techniques.
• Experience working with various types of utility pipes such as PVC, ductile iron, or HDPE.
• Basic understanding of soil types and their impact on pipe installation.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as backhoes or trenchers.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Excavate trenches and prepare sites for pipe installation using hand tools and heavy machinery.
