As the Lead Product Manager, Everyday Money, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of a new product category focused on helping consumers plan, save, spend, and manage their finances. You will operate as a player-coach, combining strategic leadership with hands-on product ownership while guiding a team toward building impactful experiences.
- Define and execute the product vision and multi-phase strategy for everyday financial products, identifying which opportunities to pursue and how they contribute to long-term growth.
- Personally own and deliver product initiatives from discovery through launch, iteration, and optimization.
- Build a roadmap that connects multiple products into a cohesive ecosystem that improves user engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Lead AI innovation initiatives by exploring and developing agent-driven financial experiences that create new ways for users to manage money.

- Experience with fintech or consumer financial products, including an understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ownership of product economics, including understanding the connection between product decisions, growth, and profitability.
- Strong user-first mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into meaningful product experiences.
- Analytical rigor and comfort using data to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.
- Experience exploring AI-powered or emerging technology products, with a strong understanding of how AI can transform consumer experiences.
