Property: 146-Unit Apartment Community
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations for our apartment community in Moore, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained property while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced in apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and make-ready operations.
Responsibilities- Supervise and lead the maintenance team.
- Coordinate daily work orders and preventative maintenance.
- Oversee apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready on schedule.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, flooring, and general building maintenance.
- Maintain the property's curb appeal and common areas.
- Schedule and oversee outside vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
- Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
- Previous supervisory or Maintenance Manager experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification.
- CAMT designation.
- Experience using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or AppFolio.
