Partner Relationship Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Partner Relationship Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic account management, data-driven SaaS solutions, and executive partnership building. You will own a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients and be responsible for driving long-term retention, satisfaction, and expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior stakeholders across investment firms, property managers, and industry partners to ensure they realize measurable value from the platform. The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen and technical fluency, particularly around data delivery systems such as APIs, S3 integrations, and flat-file exports. You will proactively monitor account health, anticipate risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve challenges before they escalate. Operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will play a key role in strengthening strategic partnerships and supporting continued growth across the business ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with full responsibility for retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Serve as the primary strategic and operational point of contact for assigned partners
  • Proactively monitor account health, engagement signals, and risk indicators to prevent churn
  • Lead regular business reviews to assess value delivery, performance, and growth opportunities
  • Identify and address client pain points in collaboration with Product, Data, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Oversee onboarding of new enterprise partners from contract signature through active adoption
  • Coordinate data delivery processes and troubleshoot issues related to APIs, S3, and file-based integrations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting on account status, risks, and expansion pipeline
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support contract renewal discussions based on ROI
  • Develop and maintain partner enablement materials such as training resources, documentation, and webinars
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships within a B2B SaaS, data, or technology environment

  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, including VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Comfortable discussing technical data delivery concepts such as APIs, S3, and flat-file exports
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth and retention opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and consultative approach
  • Experience in short-term rentals, travel tech, hospitality, or real estate data is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and collaboration platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Jira, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through and results delivery
Benefits:
  • Company-paid health and dental insurance
  • Life insurance coverage provided by the employer
  • Long-term disability insurance under group plan
  • Flexible PTO policy supporting work-life balance
  • $50/month internet reimbursement
  • $75/month mobile phone and data plan reimbursement
  • Up to $1,000 annually for professional development
  • $200 annual gym membership contribution
  • Eligibility for a 401(k) plan with 3.5% employer match and no vesting period
  • Company-paid holidays
  • Fully remote role aligned with U.S. time zones
