Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will act as a first point of contact at the front office and will be responsible for all reception duties, from answering phone calls on a multi-line system to dealing with and resolving customer inquiries. In the day-to-day, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for courier shipments, distributing incoming faxes, and handling mail. You must have a strong attention to detail, work ethic, and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This position could entail relief help in other departments on an as-needed basis.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm, full-time on-site
What you will do day-to-day:
- Prepare reports, assisting with data entry as required.
- Provide or obtain information from a variety of external and internal contacts, which may include basic research and review of documents.
- Sourcing, ordering, and maintaining office supplies and other items upon request.
- Sorting, sending, and picking up mail at the mailbox.
- Answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Basic office cleanup (i.e., wiping down high-touch surfaces).
- Assist other departments as required.
- Other related duties as required or assigned.
What you need to succeed:
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
- 1+ years’ reception and customer service experience
Other Skills (knowledge)
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail required
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
