We’re looking for an experienced Collision Estimator who knows how to write accurate estimates, communicate professionally with customers and insurance carriers, and help create a smooth repair process from start to finish.

If you take pride in writing complete sheets, catching damage early, and keeping jobs organized, this could be a strong fit.

• Write complete and accurate repair estimates
• Handle supplements and insurance communication
• Work closely with technicians and production staff
• Keep repairs moving efficiently through the shop
• Deliver a strong customer experience through clear communication
• Help maintain repair quality and OEM repair standards

• Steady repair volume from Sun City, Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, El Mirage, Sun City West, and the surrounding West Valley
• Consistent workflow from commuter traffic, retiree communities, insurance claims, and daily Phoenix metro driving
• A production-focused environment with established processes already in place
• Leadership that supports teamwork, accountability, and customer service
• A company that continues to grow across Arizona and multiple states

• Collision estimating experience required
• Experience working with insurance carriers and supplements
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Someone dependable who takes ownership of their work

Experience with DRP programs is a plus.
