General Position Overview
The Regional VAS Manager is directly responsible for the overall performance of the VAS Operations and all the employees reporting to them. This manager will have regular regional travel to visit sites as needed to ensure the following: safe work environment, exceptional sanitation, respectful and dignified treatment with all persons within the workplace, deliver quality performance through developing a culture where employees excel, relentlessly strive for improvement, anticipating issues and creatively solving problems and maintaining customer relations.

General Accountabilities Include:

Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in multi-site operations,logistics, orrelatedindustry. Bachelor's degree in business administration,management, or related fieldpreferred.Experience operating forklift or pallet jack(a plus)Previousexperience managing teams in a warehouse environment (preferred) Previousexperience with RF controlled inventory systems Previousexperience handling food products (a plus) HACCP CertificationPerformance Measurements:
