SUMMARY: In this position you will be responsible for entering data to order lighting materials for all scheduled deliveries and ensuring it is received in accordance with the appropriate delivery date. Problem solving and correcting any and all purchasing/receiving errors.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

• Orders all lighting materials
• Tracks orders
• Works with vendors to ensure material is received and available for delivery
• Prepares daily and weekly reports, including billing packets for accounting
• Communication with builders through different channels, as well as following up on discrepancies
• Maintains correct data in the system through various builder systems

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Experience in Excel preferred
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task
• High School diploma/GED required
• Attention to detail
