We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will support our Case Managers in providing exceptional service to clients during their challenging journey toward recovery and justice.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Opening claims with auto & health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medi-Cal

Managing property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claims

Requesting and maintaining medical records and billing

Scanning and filing of important documents

Keeping client files organized with notes and activity updates

Scheduling medical appointments and transportation for clients

Communicating with clients regarding claim status and treatment plans!

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish is a must

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Exceptional client/customer service skills

Strong team player mentality

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8-hour shift

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Open to all experience levels

1 year in personal injury law (preferred)

Language: Spanish (Required)
