As an Outside Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be the key connection between sales, engineering, and production, helping ensure projects move smoothly from quote to delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Support outside sales reps with pricing, product details, and timelines
• Coordinate orders with production and engineering teams
• Track order progress and communicate updates proactively
• Prepare quotes, documentation, and customer information
• Help resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• 2+ years in sales support, coordination, or similar role
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
• Customer-focused mindset
• Industry experience (truck equipment/upfitting) is a plus
