Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) at Hendrick DDS PLLC – Lenoir, North Carolina

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional preventive dental care while maintaining the highest standards of patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings in patient records
• Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
• Apply preventive treatments including fluoride and sealants
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist with periodontal therapy and maintenance programs
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment records
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
