Server at 34 Park Restaurant – Andover, Massachusetts

Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure a positive dining experience, and work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel welcome
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment
