SERVER at The Avra Group – Boston, Massachusetts

Position Overview:

A bustling restaurant group located in Boston is seeking attentive and experienced Servers to provide exceptional service to guests. Restaurant experience is a MUST for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

• Take orders from guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
• Restaurant industry experience is required.
