Position Overview:
This Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting activities using NetSuite and other financial tools.
● Key Responsibilities:
- Process approximately 100 AP invoices per week with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle cash applications, posting cash, and reconciling accounts
- Work closely with sales and procurement teams on financial coordination
- Assist in extending and managing customer lines of credit
- Process payroll for approximately 50 employees (salary and hourly)
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Utilize systems such as NetSuite and Ramp for financial operations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AP, AR, payroll, and expense management processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
