What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and therapeutic techniques
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans for best outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support clinical students
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license
• Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
• Ongoing continuing education as required
