The Opportunity

This is not a typical Sales Manager role.

We are building our flagship national sales office in Dallas — and this person will be at the center of it. You will come in with your book of business, hit the ground running, and play a direct role in shaping what this office becomes. As you grow revenue, you will build your team around you — hand-selecting sellers you trust — with a clear path toward VP of Sales and eventually VP of Sales North America.

If you are a high-performing logistics sales professional who has outgrown your current seat and is ready to build something, this is the role.

What You Will Do

  • Drive new business development leveraging your existing book of business from day one
  • Sell across all verticals — no territorial restrictions
  • Build and grow gross profit with full commission on every dollar you generate for the life of the account
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to recruit and select your own sales team (target: 6–8 reps)
  • Serve as a foundational leader in establishing Dallas as Sciens Logistics' national sales headquarters
  • Operate with autonomy while being backed by a global operational infrastructure

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of logistics sales experience
  • Active, portable book of business in trucking, air freight, or both
  • Proven ability to open and grow accounts independently
  • Strong communicator with a hunter mentality
  • Leadership mindset — someone who thinks beyond their own number

Compensation & Structure

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (open to negotiation based on experience and production)
  • Commission: 10% on every dollar of gross profit, from the first dollar, for the life of the account
  • Bonus: Year end bonus based on overall performance of office
  • No cap. No territory limits. No ceiling.
